The community fitness center is a well-equipped space designed to support a variety of workout needs. It features a full set of dumbbells, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, a cable machine, and two treadmills, making it easy to customize cardio and strength-training routines. Additional exercise accessories, such as resistance bands, stability balls, and yoga mats, are available for flexibility and core workouts, providing a complete fitness experience for all levels.

Fitness Center hours are 8am-8pm everyday.

Pool & Splash Pad

The community pool and splash pad offer a fantastic place for all ages to enjoy the water. The heated pool, measuring 25’7″ x 55’5″, is ideal for laps or a relaxing swim, while the splash pad provides a safe and engaging space for younger swimmers. The pool deck is furnished with comfortable loungers and tables, making it perfect for family gatherings or a relaxing day by the pool.

Pool hours are 11am-8pm and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Our state-of-the-art Community Clubhouse is perfect for your family get-togethers, holiday events, or social gatherings. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cozy living room seating, a walk-out deck overlooking the pool area, and seating for 32 guests.

Our Community Rec Room is made with fun in mind! You’ll find plenty of activities included, such as a smart projector with theater seating, billiard table, ping-pong table, foosball, card game table, electronic board game table, and a retro arcade cabinet. It’s the perfect setup for the ultimate game night!
