Our six beautiful West Michigan communities are professionally maintained and impeccably manicured. We are currently accepting new and late model manufactured homes with vinyl siding and shingle roofs. Pre-owned homes must be approved by the community manager.

Start Your Application
The comfort and safety you feel within our community is important to us, which is why we take great care in getting to know our current residents and future applicants.
In order to keep providing a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents, each applicant that comes through our doors is subject to a proper criminal background check and credit check.
Each applicant pays a fee of $30.00 with an additional $30.00 for each occupant over the age of 18. Once we get the green light, you’re one step closer to having a place to finally call home.
Make an Offer
After you’ve submitted your application, you can view a variety of homes alongside a community sales specialist.
When you finally lay eyes on the “one”, you can hold the home with a good faith deposit of $500.00. But don’t worry, in the event that you are unable to gain access to the community or receive financing, the deposit is fully refundable.
Finance Your Home
Because we want to take the stress and hassle out of financing your home, we offer several options for you to make your dreams of owning a home a reality. You can pay upfront, finance through a lender of your choice, or work with a lender from our network.
