  • Please note the following is a basic summary of items that are the not the responsibility of Management. The overall summary is that as a homeowner, the residents are tasked with the care of their home and yard, just as if they lived in a traditional stick-built home. Management is not responsible for the repairs to resident’s home or accessories on the homesite. Management is not responsible for repair and maintenance to any utility service, beyond the point of connection to the resident home, such as the water riser. Management is not responsible for any homesite care and maintenance after the sale, such as yards, normal tree care/trimming, etc… These examples are not all-inclusive but provide a general representation.
