How our SMS support works
Aspire Communities uses SMS to provide customer care support to our current residents and prospective residents of our communities in West Michigan. Messages are sent by Aspire Communities in direct response to your inquiries and include responses to questions about community amenities, resident portal access, maintenance requests, connect with community managers, share community contact information, get information on community policies, and facilitate scheduling for tours and appointments. All messages are conversational and initiated by you, the end user.
