Verification of employment letters are needed for both the applicant and the co-applicant. These letters should state the date employment began, position held, annual salary or hourly rate with average number of hours worked per week, and the outlook for continued employment.
I hereby authorize Aspire Communities to obtain a consumer report, and any other information it deems necessary, for the purpose of evaluating my application. I understand that such information may include, but is not limited to, credit history, civil and criminal information, records of arrest, rental history, employment/salary details, vehicle records, licensing records, and/or any other necessary information. I understand that subsequent consumer reports may be obtained and utilized under this authorization in connection with an update, renewal, extension or collection with respect or in connection with the rental or lease of a residence for which application was made.
I hereby expressly release Aspire Communities, and any procurer or furnisher of information from any liability what-so-ever in the use, procurement, or furnishing of such information, and understand that my application information may be provided to various local, state and/or federal government agencies, including without limitation, various law enforcement agencies.
Aspire Communities considers many items in reviewing applications for residencey. In addition to credit and litigation history we will be provided a criminal record search of all applicants and proposed residents who have attained the age of 18. Aspire Communities will review any information received as a result of a criminal record search for evidence of conduct which may endanger the health and safety of other residents or cause concern for the property rights of other residents. Aspire Communities reserves the sole discretion to deny the rental application of any individual based on Aspire Communities’ evaluation of such concerns.
I am not renting a homesite under any other name. In consideration of the credit and reference investigation by Aspire Communities, the undersigned hereby agrees to pay Aspire Communities the sum of $30.00 per applicant for the credit and reference reports and $20.00 for occupants over the age of 18. This fee is nonrefundable. Aspire Communities also checks the multi-state sexual offenders listing and applications may be denied based on the appearance of the applicant or occupants on this list.
